Handmade by Marnie Vaz

in Somerset, England.

Born in Liverpool, Marnie has found herself living in many wild places; Cornwall, Scotland, South of France, now rural Somerset. She has worked at sea and loves the ocean. Passionate about living alongside the rhythms of nature, she enjoys simple living. She is usually found growing food and botanicals in a community permaculture garden near the Dorset border. Or enjoying the water from a terrestrial point of view. She is a diverse individual with an inquisitive mind and the desire for expression, creativity and freedom. She has a real love for plants, herbalism, wild food foraging and sea swimming. Sharing stories of regenerative, ethical and mindful ways of living is the focus of her writing, aiming to encourage an every day philosophy towards wild flora, open water & the natural world.
